Bundaberg Real Estate - A fresh prospective

Being a new resident in this beautiful region, I am enjoying all of the beaches, parks, farmland views and infrastructure here that many long term residents may now take for granted.  Having lived in a number of locations in Brisbane and Gladstone, although they do have their good points, you really have a combination of the very best lifestyle options right here in this little city!

With gorgeous beaches, inlets, a number of first class golf courses and a huge Marina Precinct having been approved for the further development of the Bundaberg Port at Burnett Heads, this region is seeing a lot of interest at the moment from retiring ‘City folk’ and keen investors!

Bundaberg region has always offered investors a very good return on investment for both houses and units.  A very stable rental market, provides what most investors look for, good long term tenants and, with little fluctuation in the lower rental returns.  The town planning guidelines allow owners the opportunity to subdivide larger house blocks and build another home or with approval, even maybe a duplex or units, should the means to capitalize on investment be available.

Being new to this office, It has been very exciting to begin engaging in all of this activity.  I have listed 5 properties so far, one being an Auction, with all of the right activity taking place! One property has already ‘sold,’ *16 Morrison Street, East Bundaberg.  I have one other under contract *22 Maughan Street, Thabeban.  The others are on our website

Whether you are an investor or looking to buy a lifestyle property, farm or business- needing your investment property managed. or to hire a shed for storage.  Our office will have a Property Specialist that will be able to help you reach your goal!  Come into the office and meet some long term locals and myself!  People who are excited about this beautiful region and all it has to offer.

Drop in and say ‘hello’ sometime! Tanja Brown.
